Whites are the most delicate to wash and care for, this has always been known, but in this guide we are going to go over the keys to keeping your graphic t-shirts impeccable and bright.
It is recommended to do it by hand since you can maintain control of the situation at all times and thus take particular care of each garment, but in this guide we are going to go over machine washing since it is more common and if you take the following measures you will get the best results.
Wash Regular whites
1. PLACE
Place white items marked as warm in the washing machine. For example, a cotton shirt and a different item of clothing can be washed at the same time. Use a warm, normal, or delicate setting on your washing machine.
2. Add detergent
Add the detergent of your choice, but keep in mind one that has a brightener or is special for white clothes. This will act better against stains and will not be as irritating to t-shirts. Then keep in mind that depending on the manufacturer, you will have to add more or less detergent depending on the amount of clothing, but as a parameter you could take as a reference that it will always be a little more than with colored clothing.
Dry Regular whites
If you have a dryer, dry cotton items on high heat and synthetic items on medium or low heat. Alternatively, place them all in the dryer together and remove the synthetic items as soon as they are dry.
In short, washing whites takes a little more attention than other shades of clothing, but for those of us who like white we know it's worth it.
