How can I place an order?

Ordering from our online store is super easy! Just pick the items you like, add ‘em to your cart, and head to checkout. Make sure your shipping address and payment details are correct, and boom, you’re set!

What payment options do you accept?

We take credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. Go with whatever’s easiest for you!

Where do you ship?

We ship all across the U.S.! Got questions about shipping in your state? Hit us up, and we’ll fill you in.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within the U.S. is totally free, no order minimums. If you need to make a return or exchange, check out our Return Policy for details.

How long does it take to get my order?

Orders in the U.S. usually arrive within 6 to 8 business days. This is just an estimate, delivery times can vary depending on your location or season of year. Need specifics? Check the order tracking section after you complete your purchase.

How can I track my order?

Once you place an order, we’ll send you a confirmation email. When your items are packed and shipped, you’ll get another email with a tracking number and a link so you can keep tabs on your package.

What if I didn’t get a confirmation email?

If you didn’t get the confirmation email, double-check that you entered the correct email address.

Still nothing? peek into your spam folder just in case, it might’ve landed there.

If you still don’t see it after a few minutes, let us know with your full name, address, and purchase date so we can track it down.

Can I return an item?

Yep! You can return items within 15 days of receiving your order. Just make sure the item is unworn, in original condition, and still has the tags. Need more info? Check out our Return Policy page.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Sorry, we can’t cancel or change orders once they’re placed. That includes switching sizes. If you need to swap something out, just wait until it arrives and process a return. (Heads up: return shipping costs are on you.)

What if I haven’t received my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected date, check your inbox for a delivery email. Got it but still no package? Contact us! If you didn’t get the email, try tracking your order with the link in your shipping confirmation. Need help? We’re here for you.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We do our best to prevent this, but if something arrives damaged or defective, reach out to us ASAP. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours to sort it out.

How do I know if I’m choosing the right size?

Every product page has a size chart specific to that item. Still unsure? Hit us up with your measurements, and we’ll help you find the perfect fit.

Do you offer discounts? Can I use multiple discounts at once?
